James T. Bowden

After graduating with honors from the University of Windsor in 2000, J.T. Bowden attended the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where he earned his J.D. in 2004. Since then, he has been in court on a daily basis, fighting for clients against a variety of criminal charges, from low-level misdemeanors to serious felonies. His proven track record of success and experience working in the District and Circuit Courts throughout Michigan make him an exceptional legal partner.

J.T. is truly passionate about defending the rights of the accused. His commitment to the presumption of innocence drives him to do everything in his power to advocate for his clients.

Attorney Bowden is a member of the Macomb County Bar Association, was a former young lawyers section director, and a member of the Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan. In addition, J.T. has been admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
